Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because this is a small, hands-on workshop with limited seating and expenses committed in advance, the following cancellation policy applies.

Deposit

A $300 deposit is required to reserve your seat. The deposit is non-refundable for attendee-initiated cancellations.

More than 60 days before the workshop

If you cancel more than 60 days before the workshop, any payments made beyond the $300 deposit will be refunded.

30–60 days before the workshop

Payments are non-refundable. However, you may request to transfer your registration to another eligible attendee. All transfers must be approved by IcemanCast FX.

Less than 30 days before the workshop

All payments are non-refundable and registrations are non-transferable.

Waitlist Exception

If you need to cancel and we are able to fill your seat from the waitlist, IcemanCast FX may, at its discretion, refund payments beyond any non-refundable deposit, processing fees, or other non-recoverable costs.

Payment Deadline

Full tuition must be paid by February 6, 2027. If your balance is not paid by the deadline, your seat may be released and previous payments will remain subject to the cancellation terms above.

No-Shows & Partial Attendance

No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or missed portions of the workshop.

If the Workshop Is Canceled or Rescheduled

If IcemanCast FX cancels the workshop and it is not rescheduled, all tuition and deposits paid to IcemanCast FX will be refunded.

If the workshop is rescheduled, registered students may choose to transfer all payments to the new workshop dates or request a refund.

IcemanCast FX is not responsible for airfare, lodging, rental vehicles, transportation, or other travel-related expenses. We strongly recommend purchasing refundable or changeable travel arrangements when possible.

Registration Agreement

By submitting your registration and deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
